Why all the fuss about Sandals?

When I got into the travel agent business, I only knew about Sandals/Beaches Resorts from the tv commercials and the movie Couples Retreat. Basically, that Sandals rocked but I assumed it was way too expensive.

Then, once I looked into it and learned everything included, I became all about it for my clients seeking a Caribbean all inclusive experience. Here are some reasons why:

  1. During COVID, no company took better care of my clients than Unique Vacations (Parent company of Sandals and Beaches brands). There were no days spent on hold with the system automatically hanging up on me. In less than an hour, I always had an answer, a trip moved, or a refund processing. Best customer service for the planning stages.

  2. I have never had a client come back and say they would never vacation there again. It is always "We can't wait until we can go back!'" Today, a client told me they rebooked for 2023 before they ever left the property and were able to include me as their Travel Agent for that future trip.

  3. Customer service and thoughtfulness that exceeds or outpaced other brands. Sandals stepped up immediately to provide guests a sense of confidence to begin traveling again. For guests booking by August 31, 2021 their travel insurance is being paid for by Sandals for travel dates up to December 31, 2022. They are also providing free COVID19 testing onsite for guests traveling back to the US or Canada.

  4. I am attaching a link to the inclusions of Sandals luxury all inclusive trips. It greatly exceeds the activities list of other all inclusive resorts in Mexico and the Caribbean. https://www.sandals.com/all-inclusive/

  5. It's flippin' beautiful at every property they own. Each has its own culture or vibe, so together we can find a perfect destination for you and your love. For a foodie, we chose Sandals Montego Bay with 12 restaurants. For a honeymoon couple seeking solitude and romance, we can pick Sandals South Coast. Golf your game? How about Sandals Emerald Bay at Exuma, Bahamas?

I would love to run numbers for you to see if we could make a Sandals vacation, anniversary trip, honeymoon, vow renewal, or destination wedding work for you! Contact me at my email: ftjbyalyse@gmail.com or through the website.
